Let us help you plan…
For Your Family
Let your family know your wishes and make a plan for them in advance. This will save countless hours of wondering whether they are making the “right” choices about your healthcare, your wishes, and your estate. Your family already has enough to deal with during their grief over losing you, let us help take away some of the burdens.
For Your Future
They say that children are our future. As such, we strive to give them the best future possible by minimizing the time, cost, and confusion surrounding moving on after the death of a loved one. The best way to build generational wealth and overcome the poverty cycle is by preserving as much of your hard-earned estate for the next generation and every generation to come after.
To be Faithful to Your Choices
Most of us have specific ideas about what we want for our lives, whether that is now or in the future. You want to give your loved ones a road map to follow those choices and to give you the best life possible, even if you can no longer communicate those desires to yourself.
Practice Areas
Estate Planning is about looking at the big picture for your future and your estate. Many people have heard that they need a will or a living trust, but they don’t understand why or which one is appropriate for them. In our practice, we have a consultation with every client to discuss his/her/their needs and make a plan based on those goals. Most often we end up creating a comprehensive and customized estate plan consisting of a Living Trust, Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directive, and several other lesser-known documents in order to ensure that our clients are covered for every outcome.

From Our Clients
“Ms. Goldsmith is a formidable lawyer. I have been a lawyer nearly 20 years longer than she has — and found her organized, VERY prepared, and quite adept in the courtroom. The judge complimented us on our professionalism and that we kept the “decency level” high in what could have been a nasty custody trial. She won the trial and was gracious and accommodating in pre- and post-trial negotiations. Impressive lawyer.”
“Went to see Ms. Goldsmith today and could not have asked for a better experience. She was very professional, friendly, and best of all, she was direct and to the point. She made sure we understood everything, gave of options, and helped us so much that we feel very comfortable having her help us. We will gladly refer anyone to her for legal advice in drawing up Wills or Trusts.”
“We really enjoyed listening to Jennifer and getting on the right track to handle this Living Trust matter. Thanks!”
“I had a slightly different type of trust to set up and it was taken care of exactly the way I wanted. I will and have already recommended Jennifer to friends for their trust needs.”
“Absolutely more than we expected. 5-star attorney!!”
